Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our experience at the hotel began on a really frustrating note when we arrived for what we thought would be a relaxing stay. The check-in process was incredibly slow and unprofessional, with the staff neglecting to greet us or even offer us water while we waited for four hours for our room. Once we finally got our room, we discovered that it was noisy due to maintenance work. Additionally, the dining options were unsanitary. While the gym and pool were highlights, the overall service and experience were disappointing, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
My stay was quite mixed at the hotel. While I was pleasantly surprised by the natural backdrop and spacious rooms, the service experience was frustrating due to unprofessional staff. I enjoyed the setting and facilities like the pool, but the dining options were underwhelming, and there were issues with cleanliness during breakfast. Overall, I felt it had potential but requires significant improvements.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the area is spacious and enjoyable with a nice pool bar, the service was unprofessional. I waited too long at check-in and faced several issues with my room, including noise from maintenance work. The dining options were unhygienic, and I felt like I was being ripped off when booking a taxi. It's not a place I would revisit.
Staying at the resort was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, it’s surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the golf cart service is a fantastic touch for getting around. On the other hand, the check-in process was frustrating, and there were significant communication barriers with the staff. The room quality was good, and it felt like decent value for money, but the overall service and dining experiences left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great as it was near the Central Festival mall and several bars, which made my time enjoyable after exploring Pattaya. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially during check-in and when dealing with maintenance issues. While the room was clean, the overall experience was marred by the issues I faced with the staff and dining options.
