The check-in process was incredibly slow and unprofessional, with the staff neglecting to greet us or even offer us water while we waited for four hours for our room. Once we finally got our room, we discovered that it was noisy due to maintenance work. Additionally, the dining options were unsanitary. While the gym and pool were highlights, the overall service and experience were disappointing, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel.
